Slovakia and the Czech Republic are industrialized countries that benefit more from their membership in the European Union than they contribute. Despite this, our companies have a persistent feeling that decisions affecting them are made in Brussels without their input.
Regulations accumulate, reporting obligations grow, and competitiveness against the USA or China is weakening. Where does the real problem lie? Lawyer Filip Drnec, who specializes in the representation of the interests of companies in European institutions, speaks openly: the fault does not lie only with Brussels.
