"Small and medium-sized enterprises, often organized in various associations, are the most frequent lobbyists against the Green Deal, as adapting to these measures is often unreasonably costly for them. Among large industrial companies, opponents no longer find partners because the big players are preparing for the future and have already invested," says Filip Drnec, Executive Director of Access EU, a company providing consulting services in European legislation.
