The High Court in Prague today, after almost 18 years, definitively ruled in favor of the company ČEPRO in a dispute concerning approximately CZK 2.6 billion. The case was handled by lead attorney Milan Kučera in cooperation with our firm’s partner Jaromír Císař, who helped our client take the final step toward the definitive closure of cases connected, among other things, with the criminal activities of Radovan Krejčíř.
