"The Prague zoning plan is meant to be a living, organic structure that must change over the years and respond to the needs of the capital city. If the STEM/MARK survey for the Prague Chamber of Commerce shows that about half of Prague’s residents consider housing development a priority, then the question arises whether in the next electoral term there won’t be a councilor at the Prague City Hall who will have the area of affordable housing directly under their responsibility. I am an advocate for every project in Prague having its own patron or ambassador who would take care of their plan from start to finish," says Petr Michal, partner at AKCCS and chairman of the board of HKP, in an interview for TV Praha.
