Denis graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and completed a study placement at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He has been part of our firm since 2016 and was appointed head of a legal team in April 2023.
He advises some of the largest companies operating in the Czech Republic, as well as early-stage ventures and innovative business initiatives. His experience includes representing clients in major proceedings before the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition and the European Commission. He regularly handles complex commercial disputes and represents clients in both court and arbitration proceedings.
He takes a particular interest in compliance issues, especially in relation to competition law and g corporate criminal liability.
