These capabilities have organically extended into sectors such as transport and energy. In the transport sector, we have been involved in transition projects, including the conversion of the Roads and Motorways Directorate into a state enterprise, paving the way for operational streamlining and faster delivery of major infrastructure investments. In the energy sector, we provide legal support for projects responding to the European legislative agenda and growing energy security demands.

Drawing on extensive practical experience, over the years we have expanded our services into a range of forward-looking areas, including private wealth management for entrepreneurs and families. In partnership with CCS Premium Trust, Portos offers solutions such as trust funds, family foundations, and international trust alternatives, all adapted to meet the needs of Czech and Slovak clients. Our Wealth Office service goes beyond legal advice to include tax and accounting support and professional wealth management.

We reinforce our practice by participating regularly in international expert discussions, such as the Cambridge Forum, where we track developments in trust law, global trends, and rulings handed down by prominent courts. These ties allow us to deliver innovative, well-tested, and strategically sustainable solutions to our clients, drawing on valuable experience from countries – especially Liechtenstein – where these structures have a century-long tradition.

With a comprehensive approach to client needs and a sustained commitment to delivering high-value outcomes, we rank among the country’s leading law firms, distinguished not only by our work with corporate clients, but also by our other services of international calibre. Our vision is to serve as a partner that provides legal certainty and strategic guidance – whether in infrastructure projects, energy transitions, or the safeguarding of wealth for future generations.
