Michaela has been with Portos since 2016, when she joined as a legal assistant. Alongside her law studies at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, she also graduated from the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law, she continued as a legal trainee and later became a deputy team leader. She specialized primarily in administrative and commercial law as well as in litigation.
At the end of 2025, Michaela became an attorney and continued her collaboration with Portos. At the beginning of 2026, she was promoted to lead one of the legal teams.
